These are live tapes of these bands. They were probably recorded on a 4 track reel to reel borrowed from Post No Bills and I have finally found the Insane Hombres tape, the reel disappeared.
The sharable Youtube versions are here.
The Anger in Motion tape has some warble moments but who cares, great racket.
I didn’t put a sound clean up on them as the programs I have mess with the original sound too much.
Insane Hombres
Anger in Motion
Some live footage of AIM is here…. Anger in Motion at The Treasury Hotel 1990’s
Alien Virus
The set list for Alien Virus is No More Hanging Around (mutation of a Stranglers song), Modern Times (a poem by the IRA prisoner Bobby Sands who died on a hunger strike after being elected as an MP). Satan Comes Home, Yup, Corpse of the Corporate Morgue (Act song), Once Upon A Time, Walked in Line (Warsaw cover), Napalm Stick to Kids, Satan’s Home, Animal (rough as Subhumans cover, great), Hitcher (words taken from the movie).
Some of the live footage of Alien Virus from East Leagues Club is in this video from 2 minutes in with news cut ups from 1989 and a car trip from Mt Cootha through Toowong cemetery, the city and the Gabba over to East Brisbane.
Good flashbacks. The song Satan Comes Home is a metal joke about being Satan’s house cleaner.
