How I Fix Asthma or Flu

Australian vitamin D

I used to be asthmatic, I also had to wear a gas mask for 8 years to stop chemicals roasting my lungs, though my skin fell off from the chemicals anyway.

The only part of my skin unaffected was where I wore the gas mask and goggles and shoes but I’m OK now.

I use plain cocoa and honey for asthma these days with a dash of milk which is cheap and should be common knowledge because cocoa has Theophylline in it which is an old asthma drug.

This is great for kids to keep their Ventolin dosage down.

But I originally used Thyme tea and then Sage tea which both make you breathe and kill bacteria.

Thyme tea is quite a strong antibiotic which seems to get into the lungs and Sage fixes mouth sores so likely fixes the stomach too, I would drink Sage most days.

For virus like throat tickles, itchy eyes and dry fever type aches I use Elderflower tea, Elderflower make you sweat and breaks a flu overnight. The tablet form is called Sambucol at the supermarket and chemist

I also juice a lemon in orange every day while making dinner for the vitamin C and Citrus and take Vitamin B3 to breathe at night, I take 500mg of B3 with food.

B3 also works on COVID specifically for obesity and COVID hypoxia.

I don’t drink Thyme because of the taste but if I had pneumonia Thyme is what works, it makes you breathe and disinfects, good stuff. $1.30 is the cheapest Thyme in Hoyt’s brand in Australia.

As I work on checkouts in supermarkets, every year I see people come in with different flus with coughs which we have to deal with and taking all of these is how I turn up to work each day.

All of these, Elderfower, Sage, Citrus, B3 and good old cocoa. Not that expensive.

I also use Bromelain to stop the old skin rashes and Bromelain is the best blood thinner, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer substance out there that also doubles as an antibiotic and lung expectorant. If you have rubbish in the lungs Bromelain seems to move it overnight.

If you have any auto-immune/rash disease from psoriasis, eczema, arthritis to Crohn’s, check the research, Bromelain may be good if a blood thinner is safe for you to use.

And if you have been using antibiotics for ages with no result try Bromelain to make them work.

It also fixes surgery scars but you have to wait 3 weeks or so before taking it, if you get an infection in a wound Bromelain also seems to work.

Useful stuff to know

Potential role of bromelain in clinical and therapeutic applications

February 2021, pity no one is hiring pineapple farmers in Australia to stop COVID.

Bromelain inhibits SARS‐CoV‐2 infection via targeting ACE‐2, TMPRSS2, and spike protein

I have made a quick list of chemist and health store products here for COVID.

They are Vitamin B3, Sambucol tablets, Vitamin C, Bromelain and Black Cumin either in tablets or in foods you cook. Teaspoon or two a day. These are the studies. Bromelain I already posted above this.

‘Definitive antiviral properties are evidenced for niacin, i.e., nicotinic acid (NA), as coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) therapy for both health restoration and prevention, to the level that progression of COVID-19 pathology may follow as an intrinsic function of NA supply. This detailed investigation proposes thorough disentanglement of how the downstream inflammatory propagation of ensuing severe acute respiratory virus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection can either be prohibited or reversed upstream out the body to expeditiously restore health with well-tolerated dynamic supplementation of sufficient NA (i.e., ~1-3 grams per day). Culmination of this research leads to realization of the potentially ubiquitous therapeutic and preventive powers of NA against inflammatory disease, in general.’

Sufficient Niacin Supply: The Missing Puzzle Piece to COVID-19, and beyond?

“It is important to mention that various studies have shown that in animal models with bleomycin-induced lung injury, vitamin B3 (niacin or nicotinamide) is highly effective in preventing lung tissue damage. It might be a wise approach to supply this food supplement to the COVID-19 patients.” Mar 2020

COVID-19 infection: the perspectives on immune responses.

B3 or Nicotinamide is the main building block vitamin to create NAD+.

A B3 compound called Nicotinamide Riboside is specific for blocking COVID infection but plain B3 is enough to stop people from choking to death.

COVID-19: NAD + deficiency may predispose the aged, obese and type2 diabetics to mortality through its effect on SIRT1 activity

Black seed or black cumin is one of the cheapest COVID antivirals that clearly works.

‘NSO supplementation was associated with faster recovery of symptoms than usual care alone for patients with mild COVID-19 infection.’

Nigella sativa for the treatment of COVID-19: An open-label randomized controlled clinical trial

‘Thymoquinone (TQ), the main active ingredient of black seed oil, possesses antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antimicrobial, immunomodulatory and anticoagulant activities. TQ also increases the activity and number of cytokine suppressors, lymphocytes, natural killer cells, and macrophages, and it has demonstrated antiviral potential against a number of viruses, including murine cytomegalovirus, Epstein-Barr virus, hepatitis C virus, human immunodeficiency virus, and other coronaviruses. Recently, TQ has demonstrated notable antiviral activity against a SARSCoV-2 strain isolated from Egyptian patients and, interestingly, molecular docking studies have also shown that TQ could potentially inhibit COVID-19 development through binding to the receptor-binding domain on the spike and envelope proteins of SARS-CoV-2, which may hinder virus entry into the host cell and inhibit its ion channel and pore forming activity.’

Sambucol tablets work on flu, for years I always asked customers what they thought of it for flu and would get the plain answer “It works”.

‘Concentration-dependent inhibition of ACE2-SARS-CoV2 S-protein RBD binding was demonstrated in vitro for elderberry fruits and flowers extracts (IC50 of 1.66 mg DW ml-1 and 0.532 mg DW ml-1, respectively).’

Despite years of vitamin C research showing that it is first call treatment for all infectious diseases, lung infections, and other diseases like heart disease and all degenerative diseases, the very first announcement from the TGA in Australia in 2020 ensured it has not been used for the last 2 years.

No evidence to support intravenous high-dose vitamin C in the management of COVID-19

This is how much vitamin C COVID patients were found to have.

‘To our knowledge, this is the first study to analyze the levels of vitamin C in patients with SARS-CoV-2-associated ARDS. Our study revealed that vitamin C levels are undetectable in more than 90% of the patients included. The mechanisms of this significant reduction in vitamin C are uncertain. We hypothesized that several mechanisms, such as increased metabolic consumption due to the enhanced inflammatory response, glomerular hyperfiltration, dialysis, decreased gastrointestinal absorption, or decreased recycling of dehydroascorbate to ascorbic acid, may be involved.

Moreover, vitamin C may have implications for treatment of COVID-19-associated ARDS. Indeed, one preclinical study showed that vitamin C increased resistance to infection caused by coronavirus. Moreover, other clinical studies that included surgical patients and patients with pneumonia showed encouraging results in terms of decreased incidence and severity of lung injury and mortality.’

Vitamin C levels in patients with SARS-CoV-2-associated acute respiratory distress syndrome

These are results of vitamin C treatment if the TGA were bothered to look, this is only a small sample of studies.

The COVID-19 (SARS-2-Cov) pandemic, first reported in Wuhan, China, is now spreading to many continents and countries, causing a severe public health burden. Currently, there is no vaccine or specific antiviral drug for this deadly disease. A quick, deployable and accessible, effective and safe treatment is urgently needed to save lives and curtail the spreading. Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is a key factor of fatality. Significantly increased oxidative stress due to rapid release of free radicals and cytokines is the hallmark of ARDS which leads to cellular injury, organ failure and death. Early use of large dose antioxidants, such as vitamin C (VC) may become an effective treatment for these patients. Clinical studies also show that high-dose oral VC provides certain protection against viral infection. Neither intravenous nor oral administration of high-dose VC is associated with significant side effects. Therefore, this regimen should be included in the treatment of COVID-19 and used as a preventative measure for susceptible populations such as healthcare workers with higher exposure risks.’

Can early and high intravenous dose of vitamin C prevent and treat coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19)?

Even a Murdoch paper wrote about it, amazing.

“The patients who received vitamin C did significantly better than those who did not get vitamin C,” he said.

“It helps a tremendous amount, but it is not highlighted because it’s not a sexy drug.”
