This is the first part, I didn’t transcribe the second half on immune failure in drug users.
CC- I’m talking to Dr. Mohammed Al Bayati of Toxi-health in California.
How did you discover there were problems with AIDS or the HIV/AIDS Hypothesis in the first place?
MB- Well, as you know I’m a toxicologist and pathologist. I opened Toxi-health International in 1997. I worked before that at the University of California Davis for about 18 years. At UC Davis I was doing biomedical studies and toxicology and pathology but I got a lot of questions about toxicology, and toxicology was not included you know, in medical health. So in 1997 I said I would like to start a consulting firm and to evaluate people who are exposed to toxic material in the workplace and try to help them to figure out what caused their illness and write a medical report describing my findings about the case. I made recommendations for clinical tests and treatment to send to the physicians to help these people, because physicians they do not have a lot of training in the area of toxicology plus to investigate cases of toxicology takes a lot of time, usually physicians they see several patients a day.
The other thing is when people file a claim for damages then the agencies need proof that these people were really exposed to chemicals, the damage was caused by chemicals, so having a report from a toxicologist is very important.
In 1997 when I was evaluating a case, a 60 year old man, he was exposed to chemical jet fuel at the workplace and causing pulmonary fibrosis.
CC- Was that with Benzene and the usual suspects?
MB- Jet fuel is a mixture of solvents, it has a little bit of Benzene, Toluene, Xylene, a lot of chemicals, a mixture of chemicals in jet fuel.
The thing I discovered was he was suffering from AIDS which is as defined by depression in CD4 counts. When I was evaluating the case and going through all the clinical tests, I noticed that the lymphocytes were low. By evaluating the causes of the immune depression in this man, I found out he was given medication which is standard, this medication is corticosteroids and cytotoxic medication given to people treated with pulmonary fibrosis. So I was evaluating that and looking at the dose and then my first impression was if this man is suffering from immune depression, which is a syndrome similar to AIDS then why is this man taking immuno-suppressants?
So my communication with the man and his physician is say, well, this medication is making the conditions worse, it’s making the lung capacity worse so we need to stop them. So the physician stopped the medication and then the man in addition to low lymphocytes, he had pneumonia and fungal infections and all the syndrome, the symptoms of AIDS. Then I suggested that the man was to be tested for HIV because my understanding was that HIV causes AIDS, but then the man was tested negative.
We started to stop the medication one by one and then after three weeks of stopping the medication then his CD4 went from below 300 to 670.
So the man recovered and this I started to question what is going on here? Are there two types of AIDS, one caused by HIV and one caused by the medication or is this man unusual so I wanted only to investigate and ask some questions? It’s difficult to tell because it takes a lot of money and time but then I decided you know, I have to get into it and to investigate. So I spent about two years going through all the data, and I investigated one group at a time, drug users, homosexuals, haemophiliac people and discovered that the HIV hypothesis is false and the cause of AIDS is not HIV and there is not a single case of AIDS caused by HIV. I discovered that by looking at the clinical trials of people given AZT, and they claimed that AZT cured AIDS, I took up more than two thousand patients from these trials, four major clinical trials and found out that 77% of them were HIV negative prior to giving them AZT. So all the studies they are not based on science, all the claims are false.
CC- Do you have many AIDS patients and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Gulf War Syndrome patients or anything like that?
MB- Well, what happened is, I evaluated for two years the published clinical data and then my book it contained about 20,000 cases of people with immune suppression and AIDS. I went through the toxicology, epidemiology, clinical trials and described it in my book. Then after I published the book I evaluated several cases of people with AIDS from California, from the gay community and others and none of them their disease or symptoms was caused by HIV and each case I identified the cause of AIDS.
CC- I was going to say Mohammed, how do actually treat your patients?
MB- Well, I am not a physician, I’m a toxicologist and pathologist so I do not treat people. I evaluate the information and I say in my report to the physician in charge in this case or sometimes more than the physician and give them my recommendations for clinical tests and treatment. Some of the people who came to me they were at the end of stage, the stage of dying, so I evaluated and they did not live but others they took my recommendation and they stopped the treatment.
But the most important case which is this year, a child he was four years old in January and he was diagnosed with HIV plus AIDS. In this case because he was a child and there were no complication from drug use and other things, I went and did differential diagnoses. I discovered what caused AIDS in this child, which he was given corticosteroid and antibiotics and then we were able to communicate with the physician with a plan to monitor his case and stop the antibiotics and others and he was recovered in three months. His CD4 went from below 300 to over 600 and also his viral load was half a million copy per ? and went to 3000 without the use of antiviral drugs. So I finished my report and this has now become a legal case so it’s definite that HIV does not cause AIDS, AIDS is caused by the immune depression, which is caused by corticosteroid and other medication.
CC- And chemical exposure?
MB- Yes, chemical exposure.

This is a summary of Al-Bayati’s theories below. Amazingly this has all been nicely ignored.
The fact is that corticosteroid studies in HIV negative patients often show immune failure.
The classic ‘AIDS’ defining disease Kaposi’s Sarcoma was first noticed in diabetics in the 1950’s and was first described in 1872.
There are many case studies if anyone looks of HIV negative patients getting Kaposi’s sarcoma after taking corticosteroids. It may just be an embarrassment for HIV doctors to admit they can cause AIDS.
This is not a criticism but a warning about corticosteroid use, when my skin was reacting to chemicals 20 years ago I was going through a cytokine storm for months so by mid summer my skin was oozing so much plasma I was sticking to the sheets at night. Corticosteroids may have saved my life.
‘As an expert pathologist and toxicologist, Dr. Mohammed A. Al-Bayati has evalutated the published literature on the worldwide AIDS epidemic and has found scientific evidence supporting what some physicians and holistic health professionals have befieved for years that HIV does not cause AlDS. In his recently published book, Get All the Facts: HIV Does Not Cause AIDS, Dr. Al-Bayati describes the multifactorial causes of AIDS in the world, explains the pathogenesis of AIDS in different risk groups, and presents recommendations for treatment for patients diagnosed with AIDS. Here, Dr. Al-Bayati sumarizes his findings from his review of the medical literature:
1. The HIV-hypothesis is not supported. HIV is a harmless virus in both the in vivo and the in vitro settings.
2. AIDS in drug users and homosexuals in the U.S. and Europe is actually caused by the heavy ancillary use of glucocorticoids and other immunosuppressive agents to medically treat the wide range of chronic serious illnesses of the respiratory system, gastrointestinal system, and other organs, malnutrition, release of endogenous cortisol, and opportunistic infections in these persons. The appearance of “AIDS” in the U.S. and Europe has coincided with the approval of glucocorticoid aerosoll use in 1976, the introduction of crack cocaine, the use of heroin by inhalation, and the use of alkyl nitrites by homosexuals to enhance sexual activities.
3. AIDS in hemophiliacs is related to the use of corticosteroids and other immunosuppressive agents to prevent the development of antibodies for factors VIII and IX and to treat other chronic illnesses such as joint disease.
4. AIDS in people receiving blood and/or tissue is related to the use of glucocorticoids to prevent reactions of transfusion and tissue rejection, and to treat other illnesses.
5. AIDS in infants and children is caused by their exposure to drugs and corticosteroids in utero and their exposure to corticosteroids used after birth to treat their chronic illnesses.
6. AIDS in Africa is caused by malnutrition, release of endogenous cortisol, and opportunistic diseases. Atrophy in the lymphoid tissue in people suffering from malnutrition has been known since 1925. Malnutrition causes severe atrophy in the thymus and lymphoid organs and impairs the function of the T cells. These changes are reversible by feeding. The size of the thymus in malnourished children increased from 20% of normal to 107% of normal, following nine weeks of feeding.
7. Kaposi’s sarcoma (KS) and lymphoma are induced by the use of sterolds and drugs, and the release of endogenous cortisol. They are not caused by a slow virus. KS is reversible upon the termination of treatment with immunosuppressive agents prior to metastasis.
8. I have found that the medications currently used to treat patients with AIDS, such as AZT, protease inhibitors, and glucocorticoids, are highly toxic. They can even cause AIDS in asymptomatic patients, and make the disease worse in patients with AIDS. These drugs do not have any therapeutic value, and their use must be discontinued immediately.
9. Damage to the immune system is rapidly reversible after removal of the true insulting agent or treatment of the true causes. For example. a) The CD4+ T cells of 1075 HIV+ pregnant women increased from 426/uL to 596/uL in six months by giving these women a balanced diet. This also improved the outcome of their pregnancy; and b) The reduction in CD4+ T cells in HIV+ homosexuals was also reversed by the cessation of treatrnent with glucocorticoids.

The ‘actual peer-reviewed AIDS research’ was not published until 2012 when they begrudgingly allowed Peter Duesberg to publish what he had been saying since 1987.
Let’s see, 2012 minus 1987 equals 25 years without a single murmur from anyone in peer research saying HIV/AIDS industry needed some analysis. This is journal Nature bitching about Duesberg in 2012.
I would call 25 years of waiting for a peer review sloppy science and then they say this rubbish.
This entire piece needs to be seen to see how criticism of science is scuttled.
‘A controversial research paper that argued “there is as yet no proof that HIV causes AIDS” and met with a storm of protest when it was published in 2009, leading to its withdrawal, has been republished in a revised form, this time in the peer-reviewed literature.
The reworked version of the paper, led by Peter Duesberg of the University of California, Berkeley, who is well known for denying the link between HIV and AIDS, was published in the Italian Journal of Anatomy and Embryology (IJAE) last month1.
The manuscript was examined by two peer reviewers, one of them the journal’s editor-in-chief, Paolo Romagnoli, an expert in cell anatomy at the University of Florence, Italy. But leading AIDS researchers and campaigners question how the paper could have passed peer review, and say that publishing it in a minor journal known to few does not give it scientific credibility or legitimacy.
“In my view this paper is scientific nonsense and should not have passed peer review. The thesis that HIV does not cause AIDS has no scientific credibility,” says Nathan Geffen of the South Africa-based Treatment Action Campaign, who previously raised concerns about the article.
Romagnoli says he decided to review the revised paper because the original was withdrawn by Medical Hypotheses not for “flawed or falsified data” but for “highly controversial opinions” — which the IJAE‘s readers can make up their own minds about.
“Speculative conclusions are not a reason for rejection, provided they are correlated with the data presented,” he says.
Potentially damaging
The paper’s initial publication in Medical Hypotheses caused a furore, with attention being drawn to the fact that the journal was not peer reviewed despite being listed in the MEDLINE citation database.
Retrospective peer review later led to the paper’s permanent withdrawal from Medical Hypotheses. The grounds stipulated in the withdrawal notice were concerns over the paper’s quality and that it contained opinions about the causes of AIDS “that could potentially be damaging to global public health”2.
The journal’s publisher, Elsevier, revamped Medical Hypotheses to introduce peer review and fired editor Bruce Charlton, who resisted the changes. The University of California also bought charges of misconduct against Duesberg over the article’s publication, but he was later cleared.
Duesberg says that the revised publication is a “new victory in our long quest for a scientific theory of AIDS”, adding that the new version of the paper was better documented and more up to date.
Although the revised version has been toned down, the article still makes many of the same points as the original — refuting the effectiveness of anti-retroviral drugs, as well as death-toll estimates from HIV and AIDS in South Africa put forward in a study led by AIDS epidemiologist Max Essex of Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts3. “We deduce … that HIV is not a new killer virus,” Duesberg et al. write, proposing a “reevaluation of the HIV–AIDS hypothesis”.
But Geffen says the paper “contains no new arguments or evidence about the South African data, and these arguments have been rebutted before”.
Duesberg admits submitting the revised paper to more than four other journals before it was accepted by the IJAE, and only alerted his co-authors to the publication after he was sure it wouldn’t be aborted at the last minute.
Dangerous distraction
“It is just so far out that it is hard to respond in an intelligent way,” says Essex, adding that it is “unfortunate” to see Duesberg continuing on a “dangerous track of distraction that has persuaded some people to avoid treatment or prevention of HIV infection”.
Yet whether the publication will be officially challenged remains to be seen. John Moore, an HIV researcher at Cornell University in New York, who lodged a complaint with Elsevier when the original paper was published, believes that the movement to deny the link between HIV and AIDS is on its “last legs”. Geffen, meanwhile, thinks the likelihood the paper will have significant impact — and therefore warrant challenge — is small.
“Duesberg’s views no longer have significant political support, like they did in South Africa in the 2000s,” Geffen says. ”No one of consequence in government is likely to take any notice.”

As far as I know President Thabo Mbeki, who raised the issue of poisoning African women with AZT still would like to see all of HIV science reviewed. The HIV positive pregnant African ladies I am in a group chat with would probably like the drug companies stopped from shoving AZT into them as well.

Dr Al-Bayati got involved in Christine Maggiore’s case after her daughter died.
The LA coroner simply said it was AIDS.
Al-Bayati did a review of the autopsy and said it was an allergic reaction to antibiotics.
Christine was in the firing line for raising the issue of dodgy HIV tests and then setting up the Alive and Well AIDS site to question it all. This is a good summary of how she got there.
‘In 1993, at the request of an AIDS specialist, Christine took a series of HIV tests that fluctuated inexplicably between positive, negative and indeterminate. This unsettling experience compelled her to take a closer look at the “awareness” she had been taught to teach as part of her work in AIDS education. Following a trail of unanswered questions eventually led Christine outside the confines of conventional wisdom and into a body of scientific, medical and epidemiological data that challenged everything she thought she knew about HIV and AIDS.
Maggiore’s husband and partner, filmmaker Robin Scovill, has repeatedly tested negative despite what Maggiore describes as “a decade of normal, latex-free relations”. Their son Charlie, born in 1997, has also tested negative for HIV.’
Three-year-old Eliza Jane Scovill was HIV positive but Christine never gave her AIDS drugs knowing how toxic they could be for her child. She even managed to get on national TV to talk about it.
‘In an interview on the ABC show “Primetime” on Thursday, Maggiore defended her decision to refrain from testing or treating Eliza Jane for HIV.
“Why would I risk the stigma, the medical label, the toxic drugs?” asked Maggiore, who learned she was HIV-positive in 1992 but did not take HIV medications even when pregnant. “It didn’t make any sense to me at all to subject her to that. It’s my job as a parent to protect my children and do everything I can to ensure they lead a long, healthy, happy, productive life.”
Dr. James K. Ribe, the senior deputy medical examiner at the Los Angeles County coroner’s office who did the autopsy was also on the show and stuck to his dogmatic diagnosis to say repeatedly that Eliza died from AIDS after getting an ear infection.
…“The findings are clear-cut, I’m afraid, and the findings are unequivocal,” he said.
“The body shows what it shows. The organs show what they show. That hasn’t changed before, since or ever.”
Ribe added that Eliza’s life might have been saved if her illness had been caught days or weeks earlier.
“It’s very treatable,” he said. (I bet he never took any AIDS drugs himself to check side effects)
Los Angeles police continue to investigate whether Maggiore and her husband, Robin Scovill, should be charged with criminal neglect, and the California Medical Board is looking into the care provided to Eliza Jane by three doctors in the last weeks of her life. Both agencies said Thursday that it would be premature to comment on their findings.
In recent weeks, Maggiore has been touting a report by toxicologist Mohammed Ali Al-Bayati, who practices in Dixon, Calif., that concludes that Eliza Jane died of an “acute allergic reaction” to amoxicillin. Less than two days before she died, she was given the drug to treat what Maggiore said was an ear infection. Al-Bayati’s 44-page report, dated Oct. 25, said the allergic reaction caused low blood pressure, shock and cardiac arrest.
Al-Bayati reviewed Eliza Jane’s medical records but did not perform an autopsy or look at the coroner’s pathology slides.’
